Being obsessed with food and your body is exhausting. It takes you out of living presently, distracts you from enjoying the life you have, and from pursuing the life you desire.

After years of trying to fit your body and eating into what you believe is good enough, you’re tired. Maybe you’re beginning to recognize that the ways you’ve chased eating and body goals have spiraled alongside your struggles with anxiety and low mood. It doesn’t have to be this way.

You can connect to what is important to you and learn how to trust yourself. Trust in feeding yourself and respecting your here-and-now body, and trust that who you are right now is good, is enough, and is deserving of your time and care.
